Mr. Johnson brings 40 years of public sector management to the Board of the Lincoln Hills Foundation. He graduated magna cum laude from University of Redlands, with a degree in Government, and continued on to get his Master’s Degree in Public Administration, with Distinction, from Syracuse University.
From 2001-2008 he served as City Manager of the City of Lincoln, considered the fastest growing city in California. He has also served in a variety of senior city management roles over the years for Norco, Rialto and Desert Hot Springs in California and Ogdensburg, New Rochelle, Syracuse and Rochester, New York.
Johnson is past president of both the Lincoln and Desert Hots Springs Rotary Clubs and is a Credentialed City Manager and a Life Member of the International City Management Association.
He is a Founding Member of the Board of Directors of the Lincoln Hills Foundation.
