Maureen Bauman serves as a Board Member as well as a member of the Grants Committee. She joined the Foundation in 2023 soon after moving to Lincoln Hills. She has a clinical license in social work and master’s in public administration. She worked for a local non-profit organization eventually becoming the Director. She then began a long career in Placer County becoming the Director of the Adult System of Care. Her work included redesigning systems of care, grant oversight, program development, and staff engagement. Her work always included collaboration with other agencies and the community.
She moved from the Bay Area in 1979 and lived in Penryn for 24 years before coming to Lincoln Hills. She has enthusiastically engaged in opportunities in this community and all it has to offer. You can regularly find her hiking the trails in Lincoln Hills and beyond.
