The Heimlich Saves a Life!

On July 11, 2018, a staff member at Orchard Creek was eating a quick breakfast when she began choking. Another staff member nearby quickly performed the Heimlich Maneuver and saved her life. The Community Association staff members in Lincoln Hills are all trained in CPR/AED/First Aid and Heimlich by the same instructor who teaches our residents.  The Lincoln Hills Foundation offers this training 4 or 5 times a year for residents at the low price of $10, or $20 if you take the whole  3-hour course with certification. If more people are trained we all have a better chance of surviving an emergency.
